Hudson Park Realty LLC. is a real estate development company based in New York City led by Lynette Tulkoff. HPR has developed projects in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens and recently completed the redevelopment of a prime retail property in Elmhurst, Queens.
LYNETTE TULKOFF
With over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, Lynette’s experience has spanned investment brokerage, property consulting, tenant buyouts, development representation, and ownership. She has established a career in commercial investment real estate working in New York, Washington D.C., Israel, as well as her native land of South Africa.
Lynette has originated and structured many unique real estate transactions. Her abilities were recognized when she was awarded the REBNY’s Henry Hart Rice “Most Ingenious Deal of the Year” award for the negotiation of the purchase, assemblage and joint venture of a 400,000 square foot development known as 1010 Avenue of the Americas, with project costs totaling $120,000,000. In addition, Lynette has acted as a developer’s representative on multiple projects including “The Corner”, the development, leasing, financing, and management of the 72ndand Broadway joint venture completed in 2010, a 250,000 square foot mixed-use development on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
